Our story

How we got here

From a single-file HTML app to a multi-vertical enterprise platform.

2022

The beginning

NewEraTechServices was founded in Australia with a simple idea: build business software that actually fits the industry it serves. First project — a retail ERP for a small cosmetics business.

2023

RaddeCore platform born

Rebuilt from scratch as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with Fastify, PostgreSQL and React. Launched the retail vertical with hospitality features including restaurant POS, table management and kitchen display.

2024

RaddeCare+ launches

Identified the massive gap in NDIS practice management software. Built the complete SCHADS Award engine (152+ rate entries, all 4 streams), NDIS billing, compliance management and Xero integration from the ground up.

2025

Three verticals. One platform.

RaddeCare+ (NDIS), RaddeServe (Restaurant) and RaddeOne (Retail) are live and serving customers across Australia. The platform now handles SCHADS payroll, NDIS billing, KDS, floor plans, double-entry accounting and more.
